Salon Policies

Policies: In order to respect your time and ours, appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be deemed late cancellations and result in forfeiture of that appointment. This will result in a fee of 50% of the appointment cost and you will need to reschedule online. If you are a no call, no show on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment. We understand emergencies do happen, please contact your service provider if there are any issues with your upcoming appointment.

At The Hair Garden, we strive to make it the most enjoyable environment for both our stylists and clients. To do that, we ask that you abide by our salon etiquette.

  • Although we love children, we do ask that you arrange childcare during your appointment. This helps us keep noise levels down and a comfortable environment for all. 

  • For your comfort: We have snacks, beverages, fidget toys, books, blankets, and warm corn bags for you to enjoy during your visit at The Hair Garden. 

  • Please leave your cell phones on vibrate or silent to reduce noise levels. 

  • Vaping is not permitted anywhere in the building. If you must, please ask your stylist if you may take a break and step outside. 

  • Please ask your stylist before bringing anyone else with you to your appointment. Depending on the number of stylists in the salon that day, it may be too crowded to accommodate additional people if they do not have an appointment. 

  • All stylists are independent. If you need to reschedule, have questions about booking, etc, please reach out to your stylist. Each stylist has their number and email listed in their bio.
